The distance from the controller to the pump is 30cm. Please calculate the height of the bucket water level reasonably and keep the position of the flower pot and the position of the controller on a horizontal plane.
1. The watering amount is not only related to the set parameters, but also related to the battery voltage. The comparison table between the watering amount and the watering time is tested under the condition of the new battery, and there will be certain errors with the actual use.
2. Note that the water level detection device and the water pump must be in full contact with the water of the water storage device, otherwise there will be no water prompt and no watering can be done.
3. Replace the battery or add water in time after the prompt tone appears. To cancel the prompt tone, you must press the POWER button to shut down before turning it on.
4. To cancel the automatic watering function, you must press the POWER button to turn off the controller

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
