Directions:
Only for adults.
Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
