Bluetooth Pairing Settings — (Quickest Setup) Scan the Bluetooth HID pairing QR code in the user manual, enable Bluetooth on your phone, find the "Barcode Scanner HID" device, and connect. The scanner will emit a "beep" sound upon successful connection. (If you change the connected device, you may need to restore the scanner to factory settings or unpair it in your phone's Bluetooth settings.)

Installation with mobile phone:
First, use your phone to position the bottom clip of the scanner. Then, press the phone down firmly to stretch the bottom clip, ensuring the entire back clip fits the length of the phone. Finally, insert the top of the phone into the top clip's fixed position.
Note: When using the phone with the back clip scanner, charging is not possible (the bottom clip covers the phone's charging port for secure attachment). When the phone needs charging, the scanner can be used separately in wireless connection mode, which does not affect the uploading and display of scanned data.
First press the phone downwards to extend the length of the clip. Then gently lift the top of the phone to release it from the top clip, then remove the phone.
Don't try to pull from the sides as this may damage the phone.
This is a more cost-effective, higher-performance wireless scanning clip scanner with a battery life of up to 25 hours.The battery life in standby mode can last up to 3 months.
Sleep Mode: Please find the corresponding settings QR code in the user manual to set the time after which the device enters sleep mode after scanning stops. You can also manually turn off the device using the power button (at the bottom of the back clip scanner) if all scanning tasks are complete.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
