Notes
- Due to the different materials requiring different sand belt operations, small materials can be used for testing before operation.
- When switching the forward and reversing the rotating power of the machine, please make sure to turn off the 7-speed regulation power supply.
- Please do not block the rotation to stop the machine.
- Please use the power supply only indoors and with IT equipment.
- Please do not use too much force to press down the sanding disc when sanding, because it is easy to block the motor and may burn out the motor and power supply.
- Please adjust the gear speed of the power adapter to the maximum 24V (maximum speed and torque). The machine can sand as long as it touches the material. The higher the speed of the machine, the higher the force of the machine grinding.
- Please check whether there are cracks on the white disc after you receive the machine and before each use. If there are cracks, please do not use it.
- There will be sparks when sanding metal, please do not place some flammable and explosive items around the machine.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
