1. Domestic water supply
TDS: usually not exceeding 500 ppm. Exceeding 500 ppm may cause an increase in water taste and hardness, making it unsuitable for long-term consumption.
EC: The EC value for general domestic water should be below 1500 μ S/cm. A lower EC value indicates less dissolved salt in water and is more suitable for daily use.
PH: The ideal range is 6.5 to 8.5. The water within this range is relatively balanced and suitable for human health.
TEMP: The ideal drinking water temperature is usually between 15 ° C and 25 ° C to provide the best taste and comfort.
2. Fish tank
PH: Freshwater fish tanks are typically maintained at 6.5 to 7.5, while seawater fish tanks are maintained at 7.9 to 8.5.
TEMP: Depending on the fish species, it is usually between 22 ° C and 28 ° C.
SALT: The salinity of seawater fish tanks is generally between 1.020 and 1.025 sg (specific gravity) or 30-35 ppt.
ORP: Maintaining between+250 mV and+400 mV helps prevent diseases and promote healthy growth.
3. Aquaculture
TDS: Usually not exceeding 2000 ppm to reduce pressure on aquatic organisms.
EC: Control below 3000 μ S/cm to reduce salt pressure.
