As the product is folded, you should leave it for a time to make the wrinkles disappear.
or you can simply lightly iron the back of the mat to remove the creases. Ironing on medium heat works very well. Be careful not to touch the edges with the iron as it melts easily. The rest of the back is very sturdy.
The workmanship of the Velcro wall is very good. Particularly positive are the sturdy eyelets, which make it much easier to attach to the wall. The Velcro adhesion is excellent, and the patches stay securely in place without being difficult to remove.
The surface is made of a soft material, no hook Velcro or scratchy surface. As the patches are not particularly heavy, they also hold well on the surface and can be removed if necessary if you want to wear them or look at them. In addition, you do not tear the whole panel off the wall. There are eyelets at the corners in the middle for easy attachment to the wall.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy
