How to use
1. Amblyopia children are recommended to wear glasses for training better.
2. One side of this product is the whole surface of the grating stripe, one side is the red, green and blue color background, it is recommended to wear a monochromatic background, skilled and then wear the striped background, the two sides can play a training effect.
3. Keep the light bright, hold the card, placed about 20-30 cm away from the eye, at first can be close, skilled as far as possible. 10 minutes to wear 40 is skilled, the farther the eye resolution requirements are higher, the better the effect.
4. Keep the eyes, thread, small hole three lines, the line into the hole, such as identification difficulties, you can put a white paper behind the card.
5. When threading, you can first cut the thread into a pointed tip with scissors on the side to facilitate penetration.
6. Each training time is about 20 minutes. It is recommended to cover one eye, one eye training effect is better, both eyes can see the same, you can each eye for 10 minutes. If the difference in vision is large, train the weak eye more, train less or do not train the good eye.
7. If you choose a 0.3mm card, due to the small aperture, although after multiple processes, there may still be debris in the hole, if found clogged, you can use our attached small tools to clean (do not let children clean)
