How to refill the butane fuel?
1. Choose the butane tank with a long nozzle
( Note: Fill any brand of butane fuel, but propane gas is not compatible. )
2. Turn the lighter upside down. Then insert the mouth of the butane gas tank into the inflation port. Pay attention to pressing tightly
3. If there is a serious butane gas leakage, please check whether the Gas Window is full or if you didn't align the filling port properly during refilling
4. Dispersed fuel: Shaking the lighter up and down 4-6 times to make the gas evenly distributed
5. Place it for 1-2 minutes for the fuel to stabilize
6. Ignite after the butane gas is evenly distributed (Recommended ignition for each time is less than the 60s)

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
