Step 2: Pour a 1-inch layer of fresh silica gel at the bottom of the container, and place the flowers face up on top of the silica gel, ensuring the flowers do not touch each other. Step 3: Gently add flower drying desiccant around the flower until it is level with the bottom of the flower. Then, evenly sprinkle silica gel between the flower's center and petals until the flowers are completely covered. Step 4: Carefully tap the container to allow the silica gel to better penetrate into the flower center. Ensure the flowers are fully encased by the silica gel on all sides. Step 5: Seal the container and store it in a cool and dry place for 3-7 days. Note: Drying time will vary depending on room temperature and the type of flower. Step 6: After drying, slowly pour out the silica gel and take out the prepared dried flowers. Brush off the residual crystal on the petals. Useful Tips: Although Viktairy silica gel is non-toxic, we recommend wearing a mask and gloves while handling it to avoid inhaling any fine dust. White flowers may develop a beige hue, and red flowers may darken slightly after drying. To maintain the color and longevity of dried flowers, store them in cool, shaded areas away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
