Material: food grade EVA material
Instructions:
1. Clean the mouth guard before operation.
2. Take out the mouth guard and put it in 65-75 degrees warm water, soak until it becomes soft.
3. Remove the softened mouth guard from the warm water and bite it into the mouth with a tooth fixing device, press out your tooth mark on the guard and wait a few minutes when the tooth mark forms.
4. Take out the mouth guard and put it quickly in cold water to shape it.
5. Done! After the tooth mark forms, place it in your mouth before going to bed.
