Method of Code Clearing:
Press A and B keys simultaneously(some shells are the up and down buttons), and the memory data is completely cleared out. After clearing the data,
LED indicator of this remote control will flash and disappear whichever button you press.
Method of Copy:
One hand holds the original remote control, and the other holds this remote control to keep them as close as possible.(It is ideal to place the two remotes on the desktop without any distance.)
Press the desired button separately. After the LED indicator flashes quickly, the copy is successful, and other buttons are operated in the same way.
Some remote controllers have a small transmitting power, and they should be back-to-back operated. We should also operate to avoid the interference. If the copying is not good, copy it again after clearing the code.(Pay attention that the remote control on your hand must work properly and be the same frequency as our remote control.)

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
