Alarm Method:
Method 1: The LED light is on.
Method 2: The LED flashes and the buzzer sounds.
Features:
1. Signal range: a fan-shaped signal surface with an angle of 54 degrees horizontally and 10 degrees vertically.
2. Startup mode: power on and start.
3. Early warning mode
A. When the target enters the radar signal area at a faster speed (the vehicle does not turn on the turn signal), a first-level warning is generated, and the warning is cancelled until the target leaves the monitoring area;
B. When the target enters the radar signal area at a faster speed (the vehicle turns on the turn signal), a secondary warning is generated, and the warning is cancelled until the target leaves the monitoring area.
Wiring Instructions:
1. Power cord connection method:
A. Connect the black wire of the power cord to the car's negative pole or ground.
B. Connect the red wire of the power cord to the car's ACC power supply (the car starts with normal power/turns off and has no power).
C. Correspond to the reminder light extension cord and reminder light according to the left and right labels, and then connect the male and female connectors.
2. Connection method of power extension cord:
Wire the power extension cord from the front of the car to the rear of the car, plug the power cord at the front of the car, and plug the radar line at the rear of the car.
3. Radar wire connection method:
A. Connect with the power extension cord.
B. The radar is connected to the left and right radar plugs respectively.
C. Connect the yellow wire of the radar wire to the positive pole of the left turn signal of the car.
D. Connect the orange wire of the radar wire to the positive pole of the car's right turn signal.
Installation Method:
1. Radar installation height: 0.4-0.9m from the ground;
2. Radar installation angle: According to the ruler operation mode, the 25-degree arrows slope is fitted to the radar signal surface, and the ruler body is parallel to the body;
3. The position of the radar in the car:
A. Can be fixed on the bumper
B. Can be pasted on the inside of the rear enclosure
4. After the radar signal faces the car, there should be no metal material blocking the front of the radar signal;
5. The radar outlet is facing upwards or downwards;
Instructions for use:
1. After the car ACC is energized, the system can enter the working state immediately after entering the environmental adaptation test. When the car is turned off, the radar stops working.
2. If the turn signal and double flashing warning light are not turned on, the system is in the first-level warning state.
3. When the turn signal and double flashing warning light are turned on, the system is in the secondary warning state.
Precautions:
1. In the following situations, the radar may not make a reminder.
a. The vehicle is located in the blind area behind the adjacent lane and maintains a relatively same speed for a long time.
b. The adjacent lane where the vehicle is located is extremely wide, exceeding the calculation range of the radar signal
c. When passing through a hill or the top of a mountain road
2. If the width of the road is narrow, two-lane vehicles may be detected.
3. The warning signal light of this system may affect the road or roadside stationary objects (such as guardrails/walls).
