Gentle Care Guide for Your Synthetic Wig
Follow these simple steps to keep your green wavy wig looking lush and beautiful. Always
handle with care to extend its life and maintain its style.
Step 1: Detangle Before Washing
Holding the wig by the part area, use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb through the long 24-inch
wavy hair to remove any tangling. When combing, always start at the bottom and work your way
to the top, combing small sections with downward strokes until all hair is detangled. Be extra
gentle around the delicate bangs to preserve their shape.
Step 2: Prepare Shampoo Solution
Drench the wig with a solution of lukewarm water and a deep-cleansing shampoo or a wig
shampoo. Use only lukewarm water to help maintain the vibrant green color.
Step 3: Cleanse Gently
Use a brush to work additional shampoo into the hair using the same combing technique. Start at
the bottom of the long waves and work your way up, brushing small sections with downward
strokes. Do not scrub the hair.
Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse the hair in the direction of the hair – from root to end – with flowing water until all
shampoo is removed. This helps keep the wavy texture smooth and defined.
Step 5: Apply Conditioner
Use a brush to work a detangling conditioner into the hair in the same manner as in Step 3. Pay
special attention to the ends of your long wig to keep the waves soft.
Step 6: Final Rinse
Rinse the hair with cold water in the same manner as in Step 4 until the water runs clear and all
conditioner is removed. Cool water helps lock in the rich forest green hue.
Step 7: Remove Excess Water
Gently pat the hair with a towel. Avoid rubbing to prevent frizz in the wavy strands and to keep
the bangs neatly styled.
Step 8: Air Dry Naturally
Hang the wig or place it on a wig stand and allow it to dry naturally. This helps the full 24-inch
length and bangs maintain their intended shape.
Step 9: Style as Desired
When the wig is completely dry, use a brush or a pick comb to restore the wavy pattern and
neatly arrange the bangs to achieve your desired look.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Please allow:
