Deadlight Running light conversion and Rear taillight flashing modulator for brake lights
Improve FORWARD visibility when riding your Buddy with the DEADLIGHT conversion loom. The kit includes the conversion loom that makes your currently inoperable "deadlights" into functional driving lights. Originally intended to serve as turn signals, the original turn signal lights did not pass DOT requirements (the lamps were not far enough apart). As a result, the manufacturer was required to replace them with "pod" style turn signals on the handlebars of the Buddy scooters, leaving the originals disconnected and "dead". This kit, along with the two (2) high intensity LED's will ensure that you are seen as well as improve visibility for the rider.
Improve REAR visibility when riding your Buddy scooter day or night. The brake light modulator causes the stock LED brake light to flash in an attention-grabbing strobe pattern every time the brakes are applied. Each time the brake lever is pulled, the strobe module rapidly flashes the LED brake lights 4 times for 0.4 seconds, then 4 times for 2.6 seconds then lights remain on constant bright mode until brake lever is released.
Kit includes brake light module and the DEADLIGHT conversion loom and two (2) high intensity LED's. Installation typically takes about 10 minutes and only requires a Phillips screwdriver. For DEADLIGHTS, simply remove the front panel housing the deadlights, separate the original 4-pin quick-connect fitting, plug the conversion loom between the two ends (it can only go one way), and then connect the two, 2-pin connectors of the conversion loom to each of the deadlight assemblies. Finally, remove the lens on the deadlight assembly, remove the incandescent bulbs, and reinstall the LED bulbs contained in the kit. For the rear taillight modulator, you simply need to remove the rear taillight assembly, unplug the taillight, and insert the module between the plug ends.
Fits all Buddy 125, 150 and 170i scooters. PLEASE NOTE, THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK ON THE 50cc VERSION. THIS CONVERSION KIT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE BUDDY KICK EITHER.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
