How to install a thermostatic valve:
1.Rotate the handwheel to mark "5".
2.The thermostatic valve head and valve body are hexagonal.
3.The hexagonal edges of the temperature control valve head must be aligned with the hexagonal edges of the valve body before being screwed in.
4.For threaded connections, simply tighten the threaded ring of the temperature control valve head onto the temperature control valve body.
NOTE:
1.Simply remove your old valve head, align the new radiator thermostat with the radiator inlet (noting the clear flow direction arrow), set the handle to the maximum open position, and screw it securely into place.
2.For optimal performance, we recommend horizontal or downward installation (avoid direct sunlight exposure for accurate temperature sensing). Operation is equally straightforward: twist the ergonomic knob to select your desired temperature level (1-5), use the 0 position to shut off heating, and let the automatic sensor handle the rest.
