Please follow the usage instructions indicated in the second image of the main picture to train your technique. It may take a few or several practices to achieve the best results, but it's not too difficult.
2.This eyebrow pen is a liquid type, and it requires 3 minutes to dry. Please do not perform any operations on the eyebrow area before it is fully dry. After drying, it is waterproof and sweat-resistant, and can last for up to 24 hours.
3.If the eyebrow pen does not initially draw out the liquid, this does not mean that the pen is broken or dried out. Simply shake the pen to ensure the liquid is evenly distributed, and you will be able to draw out the liquid.

Shipping Cost for Returns
