1. It is recommended that the dehumidifier works at an appropriate temperature and humidity. Due to the low temperature and humidity, it is easy to make the ambient humidity too dry.
2. Please do not block the side outlet and back inlet of the dehumidifier. Do not insert foreign matter into the air outlet during operation to avoid damaging the internal parts.
3. 3. The dehumidifier should be placed on a horizontal surface when working, otherwise, it will not stop working when water overflows. Do not tilt to take out the water tank of the dehumidifier to avoid water pouring out.
4. When the machine is not used for a long time, the accumulated water should be removed, and the water in the water box will produce an odor from long-term storage. Please do not place any heavy objects or let children and pets sit on the unit.
5. Place the dehumidifier in an area with air circulation, not in a dead end, so as not to short-circuit the airflow and fail to achieve the desired dehumidification effect. Please stay away from heating equipment.

Shipping Cost for Returns
