Unlike traditional quick-release bicycles, many newer mountain, gravel, road, and electric bikes use a 12 mm thru axle. This replacement-style axle provides an extended mounting point that can accommodate a compatible trailer hitch while still securing the rear wheel.
The adapter is available in several thread pitches and can be adjusted with supplied washers to accommodate different frame widths.

It is not intended for 9 mm quick-release axles or other axle diameters.
Do not select the adapter based only on bicycle brand or wheel size. The original axle's diameter, thread pitch, effective length, and thread length should be checked first.

- Remove the bicycle's existing rear thru axle according to the bicycle manufacturer's instructions.
- Compare the original axle with the new adapter and confirm the correct thread pitch and usable length.
- Add or remove adjustment washers as required for the compatible frame width.
- Pass the adapter through the rear hub and frame.

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
