1. Initial Preheat Setting: Considering that the user may not be skillful in operation or adapt to the temperature adjustment for the first time use. In order to avoid scalding hair or skin due to high temperature, the compact portable hair straightener has a default “safe temperature mode for first time use”. The first time you use it, the internal temperature sensor needs to be initially detected and calibrated to the internal environment and heating elements when first turning on the power to heat up the hair. This process may heat up the hair with lower power, resulting in a slow rise in temperature or not reaching the normal temperature. After the first use, you can adjust the temperature according to your hair type and styling needs.

Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
