秋番茶は、強い夏の日差しの中で育った茶葉ですので、カテキンが多く、強い渋味が特徴です。カテキンを手軽に摂取するならこのお茶がお勧めです。
また、カフェインは煎茶より少ないため、体にやさしいお茶となっております。
お勧めの飲み方は、多めの熱いお湯を注いで数十秒ほど浸出させた後、抽出してお飲みください。
また水出し番茶は、ポリサッカライドという成分が抽出されるようなるそうです。たっぷり目の茶葉に水を注いで、数時間浸出してからお飲みください。

開封後はお早目にお飲みください。
500g袋ごと脱酸素窒素封入のパックになっておりますので保存の際には封を切らずに冷暗所に、出来れば冷凍庫が最適です。
開封後は１週間ぐらいで使い切る分量をお茶缶などに小分けにしていただき、残りは袋の口をしっかりと密閉して冷蔵庫などで保存していただくと、最後まで新鮮なお味をお楽しみいただけます
なお、開封の際は、結露による湿気を防ぐために、常温に戻してから開封するようにしてください。

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
