Elevate your builds with Hex-Ply, a premium 100% birch plywood featuring a hexagonal pattern overlay that combines rugged durability with a modern aesthetic. Coated with a 220/220 g/m² melamine film, this plywood resists abrasion, moisture, and chemicals, making it ideal for event management builds, van life conversions, marine applications, and construction. The hexagonal pattern enhances anti-slip properties (R10, DIN 51130), ensuring safety in high-traffic or wet environments, while the smooth, melamine resin-impregnated reverse side adds durability. Built with exterior-grade waterproof glue, Hex-Ply thrives in demanding conditions, from camper van floors to concrete formwork. Available in 12mm (9-ply) in stock sizes, up to 24" x 48". Our material is I Grade Hex-Ply which is a very nice, mid-grade plywood, with the following allowances to the surface material: Minor spots with glued laminate residues or other color dust pressed on the surface permitted. Minor imprints, rough spots, scratches, ridges or bumps, variations in color tone (or strips/spots of color) or gloss. Please note, the edges on full sheets are painted light gray, so the cut pieces you receive may have one or more gray edges, while the rest are natural wood grain edges. The painted edges are sandable.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
